Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

1.1 All invoices issued by Supply Mavericks are payable upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.2 Payments must be made in USD to the account specified on the invoice.

1.3 Late payments will incur a penalty of 10% per month or the maximum allowable by law.A grace period of five days is given following the due date before applying late fees. 

  2. Taxes and Fees

3.1 All applicable taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in the invoice.

3.2 Any additional charges incurred due to regulatory changes after invoicing will be billed separately.

  4. Scope of Invoice

4.1 The invoice covers only the goods or services explicitly listed.

4.2 Any additional services or goods provided outside the original scope will be invoiced separately.

  5. Disputes and Adjustments

5.1 Any disputes regarding the invoice must be reported in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.

5.2 Supply Mavericks will work to resolve disputes promptly, but undisputed portions of the invoice remain payable by the due date.

  6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 If the client cancels services or goods after issuance of the invoice, the client may be liable for costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

6.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be issued per the terms outlined in the specific agreement or quote.

  7. Delivery and Title Transfer

7.1 Title to goods or completed services transfers to the client upon full payment of the invoice.

7.2 Supply Mavericks is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

  8. Warranty and Liability

8.1 Any warranty claims or issues with services or goods must be reported within [X days/weeks] of delivery or service completion.

8.2 Liability is limited to the total value of the invoice and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

  9. Confidentiality

9.1 The invoice is confidential and intended for the recipient only.

9.2 Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the invoice without prior written consent is prohibited.

  10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and the associated invoice are governed by the laws of Delaware.

10.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

  11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Supply Mavericks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for future invoices.

11.2 These terms constitute the entire agreement for the invoice unless supplemented by a signed agreement.
