Josh Purvis is a seasoned leader with a passion for exceptional customer service and a relentless drive to help others succeed. His professional journey began at Chick-fil-A, where he started as the iconic cow and worked his way up to manager by the age of 17. It was during this time that Josh discovered his obsession with delivering top-tier customer experiences—a passion that has shaped every step of his career. At 19, Josh set out on a solo hike of the Appalachian Trail, completing the challenging 2,200-mile trek and gaining invaluable lessons in resilience, independence, and the power of perseverance. This adventurous spirit continued to guide his career path, leading him to the mortgage industry at 20. By 23, he was Vice President of Sales, and by 26, he became a branch manager at Princeton Mortgage, where he continues to lead today. In addition to his mortgage expertise, Josh has extensive experience in recruiting, helping businesses find and nurture talent to drive success. His work in talent acquisition has been a key part of his leadership roles, contributing to the growth and development of the teams he leads. An accomplished public speaker, Josh has had the opportunity to share his knowledge and insights on referral-based sales alongside industry experts such as Michael Maher, author of *7 Levels of Communication*. He has spoken to audiences of 100+ professionals, teaching them how to build meaningful client relationships and elevate their sales strategies. Today, Josh is channeling his leadership and customer experience expertise into his latest venture as Co-Founder of Supply Mavericks LLC. Focused on providing the hospitality sector with the best buying experience, Supply Mavericks specializes in HVAC solutions and energy-efficient thermostats, with plans to expand its offerings to better serve the industry.
