Grant Hoskins is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Supply Mavericks and leads with one core principle: world-class customer service . A forward-thinking visionary with deep roots in hospitality, he draws on his comprehensive operational experience to guide the company in delivering a seamless white-glove supply service that empowers hotels and their ownership groups to thrive.

Grant began his career in hospitality at the ground level, mastering operations from the pool bar to the front desk. Over two decades, he worked his way through every major hotel department, as General Manager of award-winning properties such as Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge. Under his leadership, the hotel earned the prestigious Marriott Opening Hotel of the Year award. Whether advising on large-scale PTAC rollouts or helping a property engineer resolve an urgent equipment issue, Grant ensures that every client interaction reflects the same dedication to service excellence that defined his years in hotel leadership.

Based in Eastern Tennessee, Grant lives with his wife, daughter, son, and two dogs. a big sports fan and proudly supports the University of Tennessee Volunteers. also a year-round Christmas enthusiast, known in his community for his elaborate annual holiday light show – a tradition he takes immense pride in.

Josh Purvis

Co-Founder/ Chief Executive Officer

Josh Purvis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Supply Mavericks, where he leads with an unwavering commitment to customer obsession, team development, and operational excellence. Drawing from his diverse background in leadership, recruiting, and sales, Josh brings bold energy and deep industry insight to his mission of building the most customer-centric buying experience in the hospitality supply space.

Josh began his career at Chick-fil-A, quickly rising to management and developing a passion for customer service that still drives him today. After solo-hiking the 2,200-mile Appalachian Trail at 19, he went on to lead top-performing sales teams in the mortgage industry and speak nationally on referral-based sales strategies. Now, as CEO of Supply Mavericks, Josh is leveraging his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to simplify hospitality procurement with a customer-obsessed, service-first approach.

Based in Eastern Tennessee, Josh lives with his wife and two daughters. He’s a passionate adventurer, dedicated team builder, and big believer in creating lasting value for customers, partners, and his community.

Marcus Boukedes

Chief Operating Officer

Marcus is the Chief Operating Officer of Supply Mavericks, where he serves as the bridge between long-term business strategy and day-to-day operations. He focuses on translating the company’s vision into actionable plans that enhance efficiency, elevate productivity, and drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Supply Mavericks, Marcus held multiple leadership roles with the federal government, where he honed deep expertise in strategic planning and program management. His portfolio of work focused on emerging technology integration and large-scale infrastructure implementation, leading technically complex initiatives across diverse domains. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, actively applying these methodologies to streamline operations and foster continuous improvement.

Marcus lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he’s a passionate football fan, loves the outdoors, and is a huge history buff. He also enjoys perfecting his backyard grilling skills and spending time at the lake with family and friends.

Kevin Ford

Customer Success Manager

Kevin Ford is the Customer Success Manager at Supply Mavericks, where he ensures a seamless and stress-free experience for every client. He oversees the entire ordering lifecycle—from initial inquiry to final delivery—working closely with customers to provide expert guidance and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment with complete satisfaction.

Before joining Supply Mavericks, Kevin served as a regional supervisor for one of the largest oil and gas companies in the United States. He also brings over a decade of experience in hospitality maintenance, having worked across hotels, resorts, and diverse property types. This chapter of his career culminated in a prestigious role as Chief Engineer at Courtyard Marriott’s top-ranked, award-winning property. Kevin leverages this deep, hands-on technical background to help clients find the most effective solutions for their unique needs.

Kevin lives in Eastern Tennessee with his wife and two sons. He enjoys a wide range of sports with a special love for NASCAR, hockey, and football, and is a dedicated ‘gamer’ who regularly competes with his family. On weekends, they enjoy overlanding adventures in their truck, exploring trails throughout the Great Smoky Mountains.
